Caine Warehousing Ltd. offers 150,000 square feet of new steel buildings for your dry storage/distribution needs. Buildings are constructed with high strength re-enforced concrete floors and premium grade white faced insulation. This insulation reduces humidity infiltration and its bright white facing is attractive and sanitary. All buildings are high cube so your lower weight/density goods can be stored to maximum efficiency.

Our buildings are equipped with high efficiency natural gas heat and have ceiling fans to reduce stratified air in the buildings. Professional pest control services are used throughout our facilities.
